At CocoLaPalm, our priority is first and foremost the safety and well-being of our guests and team members. Consequently, we are monitoring the most up-to-the-minute information provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Latest Travel Update                                                                                                                     On January 12, 2021, the CDC issued an Order requiring all air passengers arriving to the US from a foreign country to get tested no more than 3 days before their flight departs and to present the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. This Order will go into effect at 12:01am EST (5:01am GMT) on January 26, 2021.

In House Testing                                                                                                             CocoLaPalm will now facilitate Antigen testing at the resort to ensure a stress free process and allow for minimal disruption to your vacation. The test will be done by Omega Medical Centre in collaboration with the University Hospital of the West Indies and approved by the Jamaica Ministry of Health and Wellness.

Commitment to Our Guests                                                                                                    Travelling during a pandemic is never an easy decision. The cost of testing will be US$60.00 per person and as part of our commitment to you we will cover 50% of the cost which is US$30 when paying cash; however, credit card transactions will attract an additional 10% charge.
